The application offers a workshop for the technology module shredder.

Targets
At the end of this course, the participant will be able to independently set up the template on a controller, make adjustments and commission a shredder with the help of the template.

Day 1

  • Theory: System overview
  • Motors
  • Inverters
  • OEM interfaces
  • Software functions
  • Theory: Structure and content of the Motion-Axis Shredder template

Day 2

  • Theory: Diagnostic options PLC, inverter, oscilloscope,  visualization
  • Practice: Setting up and commissioning the test system
  • ProMaster fieldbus configuration
  • Setting up drives for shredder application
  • Transfer visualization
  • Setting up and configuring the template

Day 3

  • Practice: Controlling the template via OEM interface
  • Practice: Automated system setup via update tool
